Please note that creating an account on ConfTool does not automatically register you for the conference!
You have to click “Register as Participant” after logging in and fill out those forms, you are not registered until you get a “Registration Confirmation” email and an invoice.
Fees
Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, welcome dinner reception, symposium lunches, coffees and refreshments in the breaks, evening walk through the zoo including snacks, excursion, conference dinner with live band and abstract book.

** In order to pay the reduced fee, students must submit an official certificate signed by the director/dean of the school of studies (in PDF format) confirming their student status on mail.
*** Fee for accompanying persons includes welcome dinner reception, symposium lunches, coffees and refreshments in the breaks, evening walk through the zoo including snacks, excursion and conference dinner with live band.
Invitation letter
The secretariat is pleased to send official invitation letter upon request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise funds or obtain visas.
It is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the meeting for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
